DukaanBot (dukaanbot.in) operates exclusively as a technology intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. DukaanBot does not manufacture, stock, or ship physical merchandise, nor does it hold merchant customer funds in escrow.
Merchants using this software platform operate as independent commercial entities. Each merchant is solely responsible for fulfilling genuine goods, maintaining statutory taxation (GST/MSME if applicable), and honoring size replacements.
All consumer payments are settled directly into the merchant's authenticated Razorpay or UPI banking credentials. DukaanBot assumes zero financial liability for payment disputes or buyer-seller transit claims.
