If you are unsatisfied with our technology within 48 hours of your payment, you may request a 100% full refund by emailing support@dukaanbot.in with your registered phone number and Razorpay payment ID.
Refunds are initiated immediately and credited back to your original payment source (UPI/Bank/Card) within 5 to 7 working days.
DukaanBot is strictly a technology software intermediary. Physical goods (apparel, clothing, denim) purchased through merchant WhatsApp storefronts are manufactured and sold exclusively by the respective independent seller. Return, refund, or size exchange for clothing is governed by the individual merchant's store policy.
